Admission Policy
- Our school recognizes and respects the dignity of each student irrespective of their culture, religion, colour, ethnicity, race, national origin, gender, language, economic status, creed, and any other factor and follows an inclusive approach for admission to our school.
- Admission to Nursery, Junior KG, Senior KG, and Std 1 is based on the government-mandated age criteria. From Std 2 to Std 10, admission is based on the successful completion of the previous standard/ class/ grade.
- Our school encourages the admission of siblings of children currently in our school.
- We offer admission to the students in all classes throughout the academic session and the students migrating from all the educational boards. The applications for admission are invited from first September every year preceding the academic session (June to May).

- Inter Transfer: Students taking transfer from any branch of St. Xavier’s and Ryan International Group of Institutions are given admission.
Inter Xavier's Request
St. Xavier’s takes away the worry of getting admission to a new school in New city. Inter-Xavier’s Transfer ensures a child who is currently studying in one of our SSC schools gets admission on a priority basis to a SSC school in the new city if the family moves to a new city where we have a branch. Our schools, currently present in 40+ cities in India and in almost all the Suburbs of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Inter- Xavier’s transfers are available even for mid-year transfers. In the case of inter- Xavier’s transfer students adjust in a new branch of ours smoothly and quickly adjust due to the similarity of the ecosystem in St. Xavier’s Group of Schools.

The School at all times gives first priority to the safety, health and hygiene of the students and ensures a system of emergency preparedness. CCTV cameras are installed to keep a check & cover the entire premises.
Emergency Evacuation drills / Fire drills are conducted at a regular interval.
The maintenance staff conduct general building upkeep and are responsible for periodic inspections of fire safety equipment.
Fire exits are prominently displayed and explained to the students and staff during the drills.The school strives to increase awareness of risks, prevent injuries, address unsafe or unhealthy conditions, and assists the students & staff in dealing with natural disasters and basic life support training by organizing workshops.Frequent workshops are conducted in the schools which motivate students to follow hygiene and health care in their routines. Additionally, regular interactions are organized with doctors, dentists etc. to promote awareness & healthy habits.The entry to the school is manned by guards at all times. Entry & exit of all visitors is recorded.There are lady guards appointed at all the toilet doors on all floors. They are vigilant to all student movement in & out of the washrooms. In addition to this, there are lady guards present on all floors on corridor duties looking into & supervising student movement in the corridors.ID Cards are issued to all students
