Admission Policy

  • Our school recognizes and respects the dignity of each student irrespective of their culture, religion, colour, ethnicity, race, national origin, gender, language, economic status, creed, and any other factor and follows an inclusive approach for admission to our school.
  • Admission to Nursery, Junior KG, Senior KG, and Std 1 is based on the government-mandated age criteria. From Std 2 to Std 10, admission is based on the successful completion of the previous standard/ class/ grade.
  • Our school encourages the admission of siblings of children currently in our school.
  • We offer admission to the students in all classes throughout the academic session and the students migrating from all the educational boards. The applications for admission are invited from first September every year preceding the academic session (June to May).

  • Birth Certificate of Student, Aadhar card of parents, Photographs of parent and student, Address proof of residence, Copy of 1st semester result of current standard for mid-term admission, Leaving Certificate.
  • Inter Transfer: Inter Xavier’s smooth transfer, No Registration Fee, The Student can transfer to any other Xavier school at any-time of the year, Monthly syllabus is centralized, also the examination dates remain the same for the same state school.

Inter Xavier's Request

St. Xavier’s takes away the worry of getting admission to a new school in New city. Inter-Xavier’s Transfer ensures a child who is currently studying in one of our SSC schools gets admission on a priority basis to a SSC school in the new city if the family moves to a new city where we have a branch. Our schools, currently present in 40+ cities in India and in almost all the Suburbs of Mumbai and Navi Mumbai. Inter- Xavier’s transfers are available even for mid-year transfers. In the case of inter- Xavier’s transfer students adjust in a new branch of ours smoothly and quickly adjust due to the similarity of the ecosystem in St. Xavier’s Group of Schools.

SSC
SSC is the largest board in the country followed by CBSE and ICSE

ICSE
● Syllabus has more in-depth study of different subjects. It is perfect to opt for scholarship examinations attuned to global education standards.
● The course is slightly more rigorous than SSC & CBSE.
● There is extensive project work.
● Due to the emphasis laid on English in ICSE, students from this board may hold a slight edge over other students in exams like TOEFL and IELTS.

What are the payment methods?
Fees can be paid through cash, card, demand draft or a link provided by the school.
 
What are the security measures and safety measures taken for health & hygiene?
The School ensures the safety, health and hygiene of the students by following measures.
● Entire School premises is under CCTV surveillance.
● ID Cards are issued to all students.
● Gate pass are issued to the parents.
● We conduct Emergency Evacuation drills / Fire drills with School Staffs and students.
● School organizes activities which motivate students to follow hygiene and health care in their routines.
● Entry & exit of all visitors is recorded by the security guard.
● Female Janitors are appointed on each floor to look after students movement in & out in washrooms.
● At every Floor there is one section head or head teacher to supervise every action and activities of students and teacher to maintain discipline.
 
 
What are the Qualifications of the teachers?
Our Teachers are trained and certified as per the policy of the education board.
 
How can we keep a track on student’s academic performance and their growth?
We have our own Neverskip Parent App through which parents can keep a track on their child performances and attendance. School Assignments and other day to day notices are also updated in the App on regular intervals.
