Admission Policy
- Our school has a transparent process without discrimination to any student.
- Admission to Montessori is based on the government mandated age criteria.
- From Grade II to X admission is based on the successful completion of the previous class.
- We offer admission to the students to all classes throughout the academic session and migrated from other educational boards.
- The admission starts from first August every year preceding the academic session June to May.
- Our school encourages the admission of children of Alumni and siblings of children currently in our school.

Inter Xavier's Request
Inter- Xavier’s transfer ensures a child who is currently studying in one of our SSC schools gets admission on a priority basis to a SSC school in the other city.
Inter- Xavier’s transfer is available even for mid year transfers.

We ensure that an array of co-curricular activities including sports, dance, music art etc. are introduced based on the age-group of the children
For those seeking admissions, an informal interaction will be conducted in which the pupil and both the parents have to be present. The final decision of the admission committee will be binding.
The Academic Year is based on the SSC Board guidelines and is w.e.f. from June to April. The school year consists of two semesters: Semester I: June to October and Semester 2: November to April.
SMHS maintains a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene. There are regular checks and monitoring by the school administration as well as the Headmistress of the school.
After each term assessment
The academic year begins with class-wise Parent Teacher Meetings. Open house for each grade is planned in the course of the year to review student progress on a personal level. Additionally, parents can seek appointments with individual teachers to discuss specific issues at any stage of the academic year, otherwise on 2nd & 4th Saturday of every month.
