Our vision is to create an excellent global educational institution where students can thrive academically, physically, psychologically, and socially. We believe in nurturing well-rounded individuals who have the knowledge, attitude, skills, and moral values necessary to succeed in the 21st century.

With our innovative teaching methods and talented educators who follow our KASSM (Knowledge, Attitude, Skills, Social and Moral Values) approach, we strive to empower and inspire our learners. Our ultimate goal is to help students become confident, capable, and successful individuals who are ready to take on the challenges of the future.

Our Mission

Our mission is to create a safe and healthy environment for education that challenges students intellectually and is enjoyable. We want to provide a holistic and experimental learning experience that builds skills and competencies based on the needs and aspirations of the children.

We aim to empower students with problem-solving abilities and create responsible citizens who contribute to their community and live in harmony with nature and society

Affiliation

Our school is affiliated with the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education which conducts public examinations at the end of the tenth standard.

The main examination is held in March, and the supplementary examination is conducted in July. For classes 9-10, the syllabus is set by the Maharashtra State Board of Secondary Education.

She also takes a keen interest in promoting welfare of senior citizens also awarded the prestigious Help Age Excellence Award. Mrs. Grace Pinto has won many awards for her outstanding contribution to education and social welfare. Some of these prestigious awards include: The National Educational Excellence Award, The Indira Gandhi Priyadarshini Award, The Global Education Award, The Women Achievers Award and The Seva Chakra Puraskar, to name a few.

As the HeadMistress of St. Xavier’s High School, Airoli, it is both an honor and privilege to work with our students and staff. Education is a continuous and creative process to bring out the potential of a student and the role of a teacher is to facilitate this process. We focus on total quality education which coordinates the growth of the mind, body and spirit which encourages us to become “what we are capable of becoming”.

As the saying goes “Mind, like a parachute, works best when open.” St. Xavier’s Airoli is making every effort to keep the children engaged in meaningful thought provoking activities to unlock the treasure hidden in the soul of a child. Talents are constantly developed through sports and varied co-curricular activities.
