Mr. Chintan Vasani, was recently invited by our very own Chairman, Dr. A.F. Pinto to bless him on receiving – ‘Young achiever in Real Estate and Finance’ at ET Business Icons – West 2020, organized by The Economic Times and The Times of India with an aim to honour and recognize achievers from all walks of life for their exemplary contribution in their respective field. Chintan, a strong advocate of sustainable and conscious living, was presented with the award by Global Goals for Sustainable Development. His sound understanding of management with a global perspective has set him apart as the new-age leader.

Aarohi Pandit considers herself blessed. Not everyone, she says, gets the support and opportunity to achieve their dream. At the age of 26, she holds four world records, including being the first woman and the world’s youngest pilot- to fly solo across both the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans in a light-sport aircraft. Last year she had the unique opportunity to recreate, Indian Aviation’s first flight – J R D Tata’s iconic journey from Karachi to Mumbai via Ahmedabad. Aarohi’s achievements are chronicled in the inspirational series, Azadi Ki Amrit Kahaniyan, presented by the Indian Government.

Hasti More is a Customer Experience Manager at Air Canada with around 8 plus years of experience in the Marketing, Events & Advertising industry. In addition to her professional career, she is also a YouTuber and is well versed with Video Editing, Cinematography and Graphic Designing in software’s like Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw and Premiere Pro. Although she is a beginner with HubSpot and Salesforce, she has also created websites on Shopify, Wix and WordPress.

Mayur Dave, Assistant Vice President at Reliance Jio, leads the IoT/Connected Digital Health business. His work is founded on his passion to contribute to ‘Digital India’ that enables healthcare accessibility, leveraging Jio’s pan-India 4G and 5G communications network and health-tech prowess. His leadership in this direction is powered by a rich experience of more than two decades of work, serving in various capacities, towards strategy, design, product management and validation aspects with telecom products for industry giants as Nokia, LG Electronics, NEC and presently at Reliance Jio.

Nitin Pandey, the Senior Captain, is currently operating flight number ATR-72-600, which is a turbo prop engine aircraft. He has achieved a significant milestone by completing 5500 hours of flying, showcasing his expertise and dedication in the field of aviation.

Rutuja Lad is a talented musician who has performed at various prestigious music organizations and festivals in India, including Dadar Matunga Cultural Centre, Hridayesh Gaan Prabha Youth Festivals, and INT Aditya Birla Centre for Performing Arts. She has also participated in international projects involving cross-cultural collaboration and has visited Hong Kong, Shanghai, and different parts of China since 2017. In addition to her performances, she has won prizes in several prestigious music competitions, including the S.N.D.T. University youth festival and the Mumbai University youth festival. She also won a silver medal in the AIR Music Competition 2017 in the category of semi-classical music.

Santosh More pursued his studies in aviation management at Coventry University International. In addition to that, he also studied at the Bombay Flying Club, College of Aviation. His educational background reflects a comprehensive knowledge of the aviation industry, both in terms of practical training and theoretical education.

Shilly Dhaman, a former embryologist at Ridge Aanchal Hospital in Jaipur, also worked at Fortis Hospital at Ridge IVF. She was a senior embryologist/IVF scientist at W Pratiksha Hospital and currently works there.

Tanvi Mallya, founder of Tanvi Mallya’s Elderly care service, has worked extensively with people diagnosed with various neurodegenerative disorders and their families, aiding better management and improving their quality of life. She has worked in the elderly mental health space, with her team, in Mumbai since 2014 and is a well-known expert in the field, often quoted in the media for her expertise. In addition, she is also the co-founder of Mannmitr, an upcoming digital content platform devoted to making accurate mental health information, contextualized for Indian culture, accessible to all.

Nikhil Poojary was born in Mangalore, Karnataka but grew up in Mumbai. In the early part of his footballing career, he represented Mumbai FC and East Bengal before joining FC Pune City in the Hero ISL. He made his league debut for the Stallions in the 2018-19 season. He joined Hyderabad FC ahead of the 2019-20 season and went on to feature in 18 games in his first campaign with the club. In the 2020-21 edition, the versatile midfielder featured in 10 games and played 604 minutes in all for Manuel Marquez’s team as they narrowly missed out on a semi-final berth.

Rahul Bheke made his professional debut with Air India FC in 2011. After representing the likes of Mumbai FC and East Bengal, he played for Kerala Blasters FC in Hero ISL 2015. Thereafter, he went on to represent FC Pune City in Hero ISL 2016, playing 10 games for the Stallions. He was picked up in the Hero ISL 2017-18 draft by debutants Bengaluru FC, for whom he impressed immensely which prompted the club to hand him an extension. Bheke shone even brighter in the 2018-19 campaign, defending with poise and pitching in with an assist and three goals, including the title-winning header in the final against FC Goa. His performances also helped him earn a national team call-up under new India head coach Igor Stimac. Bheke made his Indian debut against Curacao in the King’s Cup in Thailand. After an underwhelming season with the Blues in 2020-21, he joined Mumbai City FC ahead of the 2021-22 Hero ISL.

Represented Maharashtra state and India Camp, Played Major League Soccer in Colorado USA. Currently playing for Young Guns FC in MFA League. A Mental health and career guidance counselor, run a start up named Overthink Inn, that works toward normalising mental health related issues. Women’s Football Executive for Football Players Association of India, a member of Fifpro, that looks after the interests and safety of players all over the country.
